OFFICIAL RULES

1. Promotion Period
The Hyundai x FIFA World Cup 2026 Promotion (the “Promotion”) runs from April 2, 2026 to June 26, 2026.
All qualifying purchases must be completed and recorded as a Closed Sale by 11:59 PM on June 26, 2026. No entries will be accepted after this deadline.

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of Jamaica who purchase a new Hyundai vehicle for personal use.
Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older and must meet all requirements to claim the prize.
Employees of Magna Motors Limited, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses and children) are not eligible for the promotion.
Vehicles purchased by companies are not eligible for the promotion.

3. How to Enter
To participate in the Promotion:

• Purchase any new Hyundai vehicle from Hyundai Jamaica (Magna Motors Limited) during the Promotion Period
• Complete full payment for the vehicle
• Ensure the transaction is recorded as a Closed Sale on or before June 26, 2026
• Complete and sign the official Promotion Entry Form

Definition of Closed Sale
A “Closed Sale” is defined as:

• Full payment has been received by Magna Motors
• All financing approvals (if applicable) are completed
• The vehicle has been invoiced in the purchaser’s name
• The transaction has been recorded as completed in Magna Motors’ system

Magna Motors reserves the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies as a Closed Sale.

Entries
Each qualifying Closed Sale equals one (1) entry.
Customers will be required to complete an official entry form. Proof of purchase and identification must be submitted along with supporting documents.
Supporting documents must include:

• Letter of undertaking from the bank
• Transfer documents
• Passport

All eligible entries will be verified prior to inclusion in the draw.
Completed entry forms with supporting documentation will be placed into a secure draw drum.

4. Prize (Winner)
Two (2) tickets to attend FIFA World Cup 2026 Semi-Final match scheduled for July 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM local time in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Travel dates: July 14–16, 2026
Round-trip airfare for two (2) persons
Hotel accommodation for two (2) persons (2 nights)
Round-trip airport transfers
Per diem allowance of US$500 per person per day for three (3) days

Prize Conditions
Prize is non-transferable
Prize is not redeemable for cash
Magna Motors reserves the right to substitute any component with one of equal or greater value if necessary
Winner is responsible for any expenses not explicitly included

5. Draw
The draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will be conducted in a secure and transparent manner.
The draw will take place Saturday, June 27, 2026, 10:00 AM at the Hyundai Showroom, 7 Oxford Road, Kingston

6. Winner Notification
Two (2) backup winners will be selected from the qualifying entries. The two (2) selected backup winners will be called in the order in which they are drawn in the event that a winner forfeits their prize or cannot be contacted.
The winner will be notified by telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of the draw. Three (3) calls will be made during the twenty-four (24) hour period using the contact number provided at the time of entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within the specified period, or is otherwise ineligible, a backup winner will be contacted and the same notification process will be followed.

7. Prize Claim & Redemption
The winner and their travel companion shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including valid passports and visas.
The winner and their travel companion must present a valid Jamaican passport and valid United States visa, along with any other required travel documentation
The promoter shall not be responsible for any costs, delays, denied boarding, or inability to travel resulting from failure to secure or present the required documentation.
The winner must sign a prize acceptance form and agrees to the use of their name, image, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation.
The prize must be claimed within five (5) days of notification
Failure to meet any requirement or deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winner is responsible for any expenses not explicitly included in the prize.

8. General Conditions
Magna Motors reserves the right to verify all entries.
Entries that do not meet the requirements of a Closed Sale will be disqualified.
Magna Motors reserves the right to audit and validate all transactions.
Any unclaimed or forfeited prizes will remain the property of Magna Motors
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules
